First we will concentrate on developing your Speed Reading skills so that you can make fast work of all the material that you have to read. Then you will learn how to access the most powerful areas of your memory so that you can remember what you read quickly and easily. You will also learn how to work with your memory more effectively, so that you can remember more clearly, and for a longer period of time. The benefits are immediate and lasting.

Eileen Pease is President and founder of Dynamic Learning Inc., a company devoted to enhancing people’s ability to grow and learn by improving their knowledge processing skills. Participants in her courses are enthusiastic about the practical, hands-on approach during the course and the immediate improvements they experience back at the office.
While she was attending Dalhousie University, Eileen learned to speed read and worked as a trainer for Evelyn Woods Reading Dynamics. After graduation, she was an elementary school teacher for a few years. When she returned to university to take a Master’s degree, she decided to develop her own Speed Reading course with more emphasis on comprehension and retention. She first taught this course to a group of professors, teachers, and students at Mount St. Vincent University. Over the years, she has continued to revise and update the course and has now taught it to a full range of people, from students to executives in five provinces in Canada, in the United States and in Trinidad. She has also taught Speed Reading to particular groups such as IT specialists, accountants, engineers, lawyers, and MBA students.
Eileen has also developed a number of related courses including Memory Techniques and Study Skills which allow her to help people in all aspects of getting the most value from their reading time.
She has taught graduate programs at the Dalhousie University School of Business Administration and St. Mary’s University Department of Psychology. Organizations she has worked with include Aliant Telecom, Dalhousie University, Environment Canada, IBM Trinidad, H.J. Heinz, Jacques Whitford, Maritime Life, Nova Scotia Power, OAO Technology Solutions and the Royal Bank of Canada. She is an active member of the Metropolitan Halifax Chamber of Commerce, the Human Resource Association of Nova Scotia, and is a Past-President of the Halifax Chapter of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers.
She holds a B.A. and B.Ed. from Dalhousie University and a Master of Education degree from Mount St. Vincent University.
