It has been said that there is no constant in the world but change. This one-day workshop will focus on tools and techniques that have proven to be effective during times of significant organizational change.

Participants will explore strategies for leading change initiatives and will discuss how individuals may experience change.  Best practices for engaging employees and leveraging their knowledge and experience to facilitate change will considered.

  • Discuss the characteristics of workplaces that change readily
  • Explore the elements of the change management process
  • Discuss the leadership behaviors required to inspire and engage others
  • Consider how employees experience change
  • Discuss strategies for addressing common change challenges

Elaine Leclerc is President of HCS Training and Consulting. She has been providing training and organizational consulting services to business, industry and government for more than 20 years. In addition to designing and delivering workshops and speaking at conferences, Elaine provides coaching to individuals and teams and works within organizations to manage transitions and create healthy and effective workplace environments. She is a graduate of UNB Fredericton, and lives in Douglas Harbour, New Brunswick.
