The Fostering Relationships Workshop focuses on exploring similarities and differences that exist among people so that participants
- gain a deeper understanding of their challenges and conflicts
- gain a new respect for differences and learn practical ways to improve interpersonal relationships.
The workshop uses Personality Dimensions™ which is a self discovery temperament instrument that has been developed in Canada and is backed by empirically sound research.
