This workshop will provide the strategies, tools, and tips to communicate effectively in diverse employment settings. Miscommunications and use of inappropriate choice of words can result in challenging workplace conflicts. While most instances of diversity-related miscommunications are not the intended message, these situations can often lead to conflict. With an increasingly diverse workforce it is becoming more important for managers to learn effective communication skills in order to encourage their employees to work in a harmonious and respectful workplace.
