This workshop addresses the entire recruitment and selection process, from selecting appropriate recruitment methods and strategies to developing the selection process. Participants will gain skills in advertising, systematic resume screening, current selection and interview techniques including behavioural-based interviews, as well as other assessment and evaluation methodologies.
