In this highly interactive one-day workshop you will explore in some depth your own RMP (Participants will complete their RMP online prior to the seminar). Furthermore, you will be able to apply the results of your own RMP to your own personal and professional development. Finally, you will be able to experience how the RMP will help you better understand and more effectively influence your social relations.
- RMP to be administered and evaluated before seminar; participants have their individual reports in hand
- Who we are – Values, motives, emotions, goals, traits, behaviour
- In depth interpretation of 16 desires/motives and their various scores – activities that allow to experience different scores and respective ‘personalities’
- Interpretation of particular motive combinations
- Who we are in social interaction – group activities that help to know ourselves and others in interaction
Participants will also receive a copy of Steven Reiss’ book ‘Who am I?’ (2000) introducing the Reiss Profile.

Thomas Mengel, Ph.D., is professor of leadership studies at the University of New Brunswick, Canada. He has substantial experience in personal and leadership development utilizing a variety of tools.
In 2010 he was exposed to the Reiss Profile and immediately recognized its significant potential for accurate prediction and effective development of personal and leadership behaviour. He was particularly intrigued by its focus on personal values and goals as a basis of personal traits and behaviour. Dr. Mengel has gathered significant experience with the Reiss Profile before founding Reiss Profile Canada Corp. to develop and market personal, career, team and leadership development solutions and systems based on the Reiss Profile. He has been trained by Steven Reiss, Ph.D., and has been awarded the Reiss Profile Master certification by IDS Publishing Corporation. Thomas Mengel, Ph.D. now serves as CEO of Reiss Profile Canada Corp.
