This is New Brunswick's premier program that prepares professionals in the growing field of Human Resources. Offered in partnership with NBCC Moncton, the program enhances the skills and knowledge of professionals to help them meet the demands of the organizations in which they work. It encompasses both the theoretical fundamentals and the operational aspects of human resources management. You may also be eligible for up to 6 university credit hours upon successful completion of the program.

This program combines in-class instruction with practical and relevant exercises to prepare you to apply HR methods and techniques in your workplace. These are the skills that are essential for attracting, selecting, retaining, and developing human capital in keeping with the need for competitiveness, quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.

As a program participant, you will commit to 18 days of face-to-face instruction, which is made up of nine 2-day sessions. In addition to these sessions, you are also required to complete pre-readings and keep a reflective journal throughout the program. Program topics can also be taken on a standalone basis.
