Berlin: Dates and Costs

Program fees includes accommodation, daily breakfast buffet, six banquet meals, tuition for two courses, a pass for subway and bus transportation, and admissions to all course-related museums, galleries, tours, performances, and other attractions. Travel to Berlin is not included, but we will discuss smart travel options in information sessions.
Please do not book Airfare until you have received notification to do so.
Students are encouraged to apply for student loans and bursary through Financial Aid office.
- Visiting students will need to submit a Letter of Permission from your institution when applying to the Travel Study Program.
- A copy of your approved Student Loans Needs Assessment Form (necessary only if you have applied for a student loan to prove program payment).
Refund of the deposit (less a $200 administration fee) will be made if a cancellation and refund form is completed and sent prior to the refund deadline. After that date, no refund may be possible. Costs are based on a minimum number of participants. In the event that this minimum is not achieved, the result may be the cancellation of this Travel Study program. At that time you will be informed and your full $300 deposit will be returned.
NOTE: International health insurance is required.
