Fredericton International TubaFest 2013
TubaFest 2013 is the 10th edition of the annual Fredericton International TubaFest, founded by Richard Riding. Richard passed away on August 1, 2011. He was a dedicated tuba and euphonium enthusiast who loved playing and promoting the sound and versatility of these low brass instruments. Through the support of the UNB Centre for Musical Arts, volunteers, and sponsors, TubaFest continues as annual event. TubaFest provides a unique opportunity to obtain coaching from recognized musicians and to play with other low brass musicians. This year will again feature music written specifically for tubas and euphoniums as well as some arrangements of old classics. Enjoy another great workshop in 2013.
