UNB Music Camp offers a fun-filled introduction to music concepts with programs specially tailored to younger children.
Every one of our summer camp activities—the music, stories, and crafts—is specially designed to nurture your child's natural curiosity, drawing him or her toward learning new words, new concepts, and new ideas.

Musical Adventures Summer Camp
August 5-9, 2013
No prior musical experience necessary, just an interest or natural curiosity for music! Students ages 7-10 will have the opportunity to explore different aspects of music during this 5-day camp? They will receive instruction on the recorder, ukulele take part in group composition activities and sing in a choir? Guest musicians will give demonstrations on various instruments.? The week will end with a performance for friends and family where students can showcase all of their hard work!
Time: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (Drop-off from 8am and pick-up by 5pm)
Location: Memorial Hall, UNB Campus
Fee: $190.00 (includes all materials)
Exploring Art & Music Camp
August 12-16, 2013
“Exploring Art and Music” is a full day camp for 5-8 year olds, which introduces children to the relationship between the arts. Supervised activities include workshops, games, stories, and movies that encourage integration of the arts. Children will draw sound, paint music, invent instruments, sing shapes, and much more.
Time: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Youth Strings Camp
August 11-17, 2013
This half day “Young Strings” camp is for 6-10 year olds who have some experience on string instruments. Final student concert will take place on Saturday, August 20 at 2:00 p.m.
Time: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Location: Marshall D’Avray Hall, UNB Campus
