Withdrawals and Refunds

Requests to withdraw can be done through e-mail (unbohs@unb.ca) or by calling 1-866-599-4646 or 506 453-5175. Refunded amounts are outlined below.

OHS Certificate and Diploma

Withdrawal within the first week - refund of full certificate fee paid, less $100 administration fee plus $550* for every course completed.
Withdrawal after the first week but within 6 months - refund of 50% less $550* for every course completed (if 6 or more courses are completed, there will be no refund).
Withdrawal after 6 months - no refund

Individual OHS Course*

Withdrawal within the first week - refund of full course fee paid less $50 administration fee
Withdrawal after completion of first week - no refund

* Amount of refund for introductory offer will differ

CRSP Prep Course

Withdrawal within the first week – refund of full course fee paid less $50 administration fee, provided that participants have not accessed more than one domain exam; otherwise there will be no refund.
Withdrawal after completion of first week - no refund under any circumstances.
