One of the most important voices in an organization are the finance professionals. Including them in the LSS program and on teams is essential in developing credible return on investment. Seminar size is not to exceed twenty participants.
The Juran LSS in Finance Seminar was developed to:
- Educate the finance function on their role in LSS. The role includes improving processes in finance and participating on project teams.
- Providing financial expertise to quantify the cost of poor performance and savings.
- Providing a signatory sign-off in cost savings of project teams.
Topics for this seminar include:
- The role of finance in a LSS program.
- Understanding and creating a cost of poor quality metric.
- LSS as it applies to the financial processes.
- Participation on a LSS Team.
- Determining the ROI of process improvement.

Facilitator
Peter J. Robustelli is Executive Coach of Juran Global. Mr. Robustelli possesses over 25 years of diverse experience as a Key Executive in Process and Business Improvement, Consulting, Project Management, Client Management and Business Development.
