Mental Wellness: A Pathway for Employers

CMPW 1042

Employees are the most critical asset of any organization, and to sustain these assets and benefit from their long-term service, it’s vital to maintain their wellbeing. There are numerous studies and statistics that show that promoting health and wellness in the workplace benefits both the employees and the organization.

Organization leaders do not need to be mental health professionals to support employee mental health.

This full-day seminar is specifically designed to provide leaders with a foundational conversation about mental health: what it is, and what their roles are. Using a leadership support framework, leaders will develop the confidence to identify employees at risk, understand how to approach them, and to facilitate a supportive conversation that may be the gateway to professional mental health support.

This seminar is relevant for human resource professionals, leadership/management, or anyone who may need to respond to staff with mental health concerns.
