Important Information to Note:
Advising
Before registering, you must get advising from your faculty. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of some of your registrations. Full-time students in 'No Degree' programs are advised to review their plans with the Associate Registrar/ Admissions, Shawna Bergin at admissions@unb.ca.
Labs & Tutorials
You can register for labs and tutorials via WebAdvisor by choosing the section which has the lecture and lab/tutorial combination that suits your timetable. For others, your faculty will assign the lab or tutorial sections.
Cancelled Sections
You may select a course section which is later cancelled by the faculty or department. Frequent checks of either your timetable via WebAdvisor, or your transcript via your e-Services Portal, will ensure that you are aware of any changes.
Pre/Co-requisites
You are required to honour prerequisites and co-requisites attached to courses. Courses selected for which you have not satisfied prerequisites or other requirements, can be deleted by your faculty. It is your responsibility to check your status concerning courses for which you do not have the prerequisites or co-requisites.
Permissions
Permission from your advisor must be taken to the Registrar's office to:
- Audit a course
- Declare a course Extra to your program
- Register for two courses in the same time slot
- Register in a course after three previous graded registrations for that course
- Register in a restricted access course
