Our Leadership Studies is an emerging field that prepares students to take on a leadership role in any organization or business.
The only program of its kind in Canada, Leaderships Studies offered by Renaissance College combines a challenging curriculum with internships in the global community and hands-on research projects on social issues and public policy.

Bachelor of Philosophy in Interdisciplinary Leadership Studies
Those earning a Bachelor of Philosophy in Interdisciplinary
Leadership Studies are prepared to make a positive difference in their
communities.
Students of this four-year program study a
comprehensive curriculum that ranges from world cultures and religions
to natural sciences, mathematics and economic approaches to problem
solving, leadership theory and practice, cultural perspectives and
public policy.
An internship with an international organization
– to provide a cross-cultural learning opportunity - is also an
integral part of the degree program
Graduates are prime
candidates for postgraduate studies in law, education, public
administration, business administration, as well as medical school.
