Kinesiology: Your Gateway Into The Health Industry & The Field Of Sport And Recreation
UNB’s Faculty of Kinesiology has been a Canadian leader in kinesiology, physical education, and recreation since 1957. Our excellent student-to-professor ratio ensures small class size, providing the attention students require to succeed.
Kinesiology is the study of human movement, and its goal is to discover strategies to improve human health and performance. The Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (BScKin) program offers a carefully designed core curriculum focused on human movement and performance in relation to exercise, sport, work and wellness. This program is most appealing to students interested in medicine, chiropractic medicine, sport medicine, physiotherapy, massage therapy, fitness consulting and other health-related professions. The professors who teach your classes are also leading researchers in their field. You will be on the leading edge of science, using the latest equipment and technology and learning from the experts.
Our Faculty also offers a Bachelor of Recreation and Sports Studies.
