The R.H.B. McLaughlin Fellowship is to be awarded annually to one or more graduate students pursuing Masters or Doctoral level studies within the Department of Civil Engineering in the area of Building or Construction Engineering/Management. The awards will be made on the recommendation of the Director of Graduate Studies in Civil Engineering in consultation with the Chair of Civil Engineering and Faculty members working in the area of Construction Engineering an Management. To be eligible, a candidate must have taken at least three years of secondary schooling in the Maritime provinces or elsewhere in Canada.
