An annual prize established by friends, family and the faculty and staff of the Dept. of Mechanical Engineering to honor the memory of Jim Venart, an early champion and builder of the Mechanical Engineering research degree programs. Selection for this prize will be made by the Mechanical Engineering Department together with the Chair of the Department. The award will be given to a student who has completed the ME undergraduate program at UNB and is entering the graduate program in the following year.
