REGISTRATION AND FEES

Register early to ensure your first choice of sessions and be entered for door prizes. Space is limited, so participants must submit a registration form and payment before we will reserve a space. Priority will be given to Aboriginal youth from New Brunswick.

How to Register

  1. Complete your registration and workshop selection forms online OR fax your registration and workshop selection forms to the College of Extended Learning at (506) 453-4658, Attn: Geoff Gallant.
  2. Mail your registration, workshop selection forms to the College of Extended Learning at the University of New Brunswick, along with your payment.

Please complete a registration and workshop selection form for each participant (photocopies are acceptable).

Payments

Cheque or money orders should be made payable to the College of Extended Learning. Credit card payments may also be made by calling the College of Extended Learning.

Forms will not be processed until payment is received.

To qualify for early registration fees and door prizes, registration forms and fees must be received or postmarked by June 21, 2006.

What Does the Registration Fee Include?

The registration fee of:

  • $50.00 plus HST - Postmarked or received on or before June 21, 2006
  • $75.00 plus HST - Postmarked or received after June 21, 2006

includes:

  • All program sessions.
  • All hospitality events, including the Meet and Greet, breakfasts, nutrition breaks, lunches, Supper and Social.
  • Transportation from the University of New Brunswick to St. Mary’s First Nation on our conference buses.
  • Residence accommodation at the University of New Brunswick, if you’re from out-of-town.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be given for cancellations received in writing and received or postmarked no less than 21 days before the conference, minus a $30 administration fee. After this date, we regret that no refunds will be issued, but substitute delegates are acceptable if participants notify the College of Extended Learning.

On-Site Registration

The on-site registration desk will be located in the main lobby of the Wu Conference Centre. The hours of registration are:

  • Tuesday, July 11, 2006: 7.00 – 10.00 pm
  • Wednesday, July 12, 2006: 8.00 – 9.00 am
