HOSPITALITY & ACCOMMODATIONS

University Accommodations

A block of residence rooms has been reserved for conference participants. The cost of these is included in your registration fee if you do not live in Fredericton or the surrounding area. To have a residence room reserved for you, please indicate on your conference registration form that you will be needing residence accommodations.

If you need extra accommodations for your family or friends, rooms at the residences are also available at a reasonable cost:

  • Single rooms are $28.35 plus HST
  • double rooms are $41.36 plus HST.

Both check-in and check-out for non-conference participants will be at the Residence Administration Building on campus. Please contact UNB Conference Services at:

Off-site Accommodations

A block of rooms at a special conference rate of $119.00 has been reserved at the Crowne Plaza Fredericton . Participants choosing to stay at the hotel are responsible for making their own arrangements and for payment of hotel rooms.

  • Registration and Breakfast: 8.00 – 9.00 am

Last chance to register for the conference if you didn’t make it last night. Get a fresh start to your day and grab some breakfast.

  • Nutrition Breaks and Lunch: provided as per your conference schedule

Replenish your fuel – and browse the exhibits to make connections and find out about resources.

  • Supper and Social: 6.00pm – 10.00pm, St. Mary’s First Nation

Catch your free bus ride to St. Mary’s First Nation across the river for a home-cooked buffet….Stick around for some entertainment and socialize with new friends and old.
